His extensive expertise spans corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, international taxation, business development, and strategic planning, making him a true luminary in his field.

With an illustrious past, Abraham’s advisory acumen has been cultivated within three prominent Wall Street law firms and three leading Israeli law firms. Currently, he holds the esteemed role of Principal at Abraham Sofer & Associates, while also serving as the Principal and General Counsel for Pomega, Inc. Notably, he formerly led as the Lead International Counsel for Global Ecosystem, the General Counsel at GreenTec Worldwide Solutions, LLC. and the General Counsel, appointed President of DigitalFX Internaitonal Inc, of Las Vegas Nevada.

Abraham’s influence stretches far and wide, encompassing a rich tapestry of experience in the technology and financial sectors. His adeptness spans a spectrum of intricate business transactions, encompassing mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, technology licensing, OEM agreements, SaaS agreements, intellectual property, international taxation, and debt and equity financing. His proficiency within the financial realm extends to offering guidance on fraud prevention, compliance with federal banking and anti-money laundering laws, The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, state money transmitter licensing laws, privacy laws including GDPR, broker-dealer regulations, consumer protection laws, and abandoned property laws.

Educationally, Abraham’s foundation is solid, having secured an LLB in Law from Tel Aviv University and an LLM in Business Finance from the University of Virginia. He maintains an active presence within the legal community as a member of the New York State Bar and the District of Columbia Bar.

Data Protection Solutions by Arco (DPS-Arco) was the a leader in the development and manufacture of affordable and easy to use disk mirroring, drive copier and drive to drive backup solutions.

Established in 1989 as Arco Computer Products for the sole purpose of manufacturing hard drive controllers for the PC market, the company has evolved in response to the changing demands of the market and has product development experience and unique patents and patent pending applications, such as Duplidisk3® and Duplidisk4® technology, which is the foundation for all of Arco’s disk mirroring and disk-to-disk data protection. It was acquired by an affiliated party in 1997

Senior VP and General Counsel — Greystone Financial Services Inc.

Through 1997 Greystone Financial Services was a leading Washington DC business development, international trade and consulting firm specializing in Korean technology companies. By providing business development, advice and consulting services to US companies doing business in Korea, Israeli and other Middle Eastern companies looking to enter the Korean market and Korean companies and government agencies, the company facilitated marketing and services collaboration between Korean technology firms and the markets that they serve.
